Proclamation Act of 1763

History.com said "In 1763, at ethe end of the French and Indian War, the British issued a proclamation,mainly intended to conciliate the Indians by checking the encroachment of settlers on their lands." After the French and Indian war The British Empire Began to tighten corntol over the colonies.The British was lead by King George The Third.King George The Third declared all lands west of the Appalachian Divide off-limits to colonial settlers.Private citizens and colonial government bought land from or they made an agreement with the natives.only licensed traders would be allowed to travel west or deal with Indians.The British is protecting the colonist from the Native Americans from them attacking them.This is where i got my information

The Sugar Act of 1764

Sugar Act of 1763.The Sugar Act was a law that was pass from British in April,5 1764 to tax the sugar that they imported from England.In 1733 the colonies used sugar to make there rum.Some sugar were self-product but most of the sugar was imported from the west indies.They had for trade violation but "The Molasses Act of 1733 was never fully enforced because of the British policy of Salutary Neglect, which basically allowed British officials to turn a 'blind eye' to trade violations."The Sugar Act of 1764 had some effect.The Act mostly impacted economic.

Stamp Act of 1765

History.com says"the first internal tax levied directly on American colonists by the British government."The British has taxes almost eveything in the colonies to pay for the French and Indian war.History.org says "The new tax was imposed on all American colonists and required them to pay a tax on every piece of printed paper they used."This Act happen in March,22 1765 it was pass by the British Parliament.All the money that they get from this Act will go to the cost of the defending and protecting the American frontier near the Appalachian Mountains.

Some Causes

Boston Tea Party/Intolerable Acts was one of the causes they dumped tea in to the sea.They did it because they taxed tea.Another Cause is the Boston Massacre where Four Bostonians were killed when Redcoats fired into an angry mob.

Some Effects

Some Effects After the American Revolution The Declaration of Independence was created to break away from the British.Another Effects that happen after the American Revolution is the Treaty of Paris where the British surrender in 1783.
